Huy Tran: The hotel is quite clean, good service, good price in Dong Hoi area. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. Quite central location, near Tran Hung Dao street, next to Dong Hoi ancient citadel, about 3km from the sea.
Ms Thuỷ: Royal Quang Binh Hotel has good quality that I find good. The hotel staff’s attitude to serve customers is cheerful and enthusiastic. Full necessary equipment and facilities. Rooms are kept clean and hygienic.
Mạnh: Small hotel but okay for the price. The room is clean and beautiful, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive, the furniture is new. However, there is one point I am not satisfied with: the surcharge issue. When checking in, the receptionist should always notify the guest so they know. But here, when checking in, the receptionist informs me and waits until I check out to notify them, so I was surprised. But in general, if I have the opportunity, I will come back.
